Last month we helped to launch one of our favorite new products: a coffee brand for Republicans. Republican Coffee is 100% fairtrade, organic and aims to provide a living for hard-working farmers. Stepping out of our normal web-based role, we were actually able to work on the package design that includes names of some of the most well respected politicians in America — depending on who you talk to, of course.
The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) released a study this week that shows 42% of Millennials (aged 18-34) use their smartphones in-store to compare prices. The activity, called “Showrooming”, is popular amongst the younger demographic and shows an increasing trend that even when customers are in the store — they’re still comparing you against your competitors.
